This is a custom-built mask by Pro’s Choice but rather than having it built to a specific person’s custom face shape, it is built based on the two most common sizes that Pro’s Choice generally sees on full custom masks. This is the real thing – not an offshore version but the exact same thing the NHL goalies are wearing which are hand built by Dom Malerba. Dom has been in the custom mask making business for over twenty years. In recent years, Pro’s Choice has become the choice for top NHL goalies because of quality and fit. In recent NHL testing, Pro’s Choice was one of the best tested masks by the NHL.
Every Pro’s Choice mask is hand made by Dom Malerba and his son Dom Jr. This new mask is made with the exact same materials as the Pro Custom Mask. Every mask is hand signed by Dom Malera Sr. or Jr. as a reference of authenticity. These masks come in two sizes – small/medium and large/xl.
This mask will come with the highly popular Tri-Bar cat eye cage (or in some cases we have added a different cage that is noted in the drop-down menu). Straight bar cages and be added at the request of the customer.
