Bauer provides young goalies two great options at the junior level.  The SV-Pro for the goalie competing at a higher level and the GSX for the beginner to intermediate level goalie.

The Bauer GSX Junior Catch Glove is great glove for a younger goalie looking for a glove that is on the smaller side of the junior sizing spectrum.  Some junior gloves are larger, and some are smaller – although they all say junior.  The Bauer junior glove is smaller compared to Vaughn or CCM junior catch gloves. Bauer used the catcher closure tech and flex from Vapor AND the max depth pocket and coverage of Supreme. There’s a larger catching surface for with an enhanced closure, which makes catching pucks much easier especially for less experienced goalies.
