CCM Tacks 9080 Senior Goalie Skates
The new CCM Tacks 9080 Goalie Skates features 3D-lasted, RocketFrame composite that is quite light weight, responsive and comes with an anatomical fit and feel right out of the box. The boot height has also been shortened to help goalies quickly get into a deep stance without sacrificing recovery speed. The new attack profile holder also provides a deep and aggressive stance, with a minimilistic, low profile design that won’t bottom out like previous holders. The CCM Tacks 9080 Goalie Skates also feature ProLite G Black runners that, unlike traditional stainless steel, go through a black oxide treatment process that holds an edge longer and prevents corrosion. CCM also gave the 9080 Senior Goalie Skate a new TriTech flex tongue that focuses on forward flex. The pro level tongue features thick white felt with molded lace bite guard that are both reinforced with thick foams throughout the center. Inside, the 9080 has DuraZone anti-abrasion patches for better longevity while the updated smooth contour collar pads that alleviate pain caused by boot stiffness.
