Vaughn SLR4 Pro Carbon Senior Goalie Blocker

New for 2024 is the Vaughn SLR4 Pro Carbon goalie blocker.  The SLR4 blocker features many of the specs that the majority of goalies prefer.  This blocker can be used by either a hybrid or butterfly style goalie. The high-density foams used in the Ventus SLR4 blocker make it extremely light weight and well balanced.  With a large binding less surface, the SLR4 takes up the maximum allowed surface area under NHL, NCAA, USA Hockey, Hockey Canada and IIHF rules (8X15 Inches).

New for 2024, Vaughn has moved the hand position in the SLR4 up to give more net coverage on the bottom of the blocker.  Vaughn has also made the inner sidewall stiffer and larger to help goalies make saves when the wrist rotates out in a save process.  The finger protection has also been expanded on the SLR4 to provide more protection.

With the added layer of Cabon Fiber in the face of the SLR4 blocker, rebounds explode off the face.

Please note that Vaughn has dropped the Ventus name, this will be referred to as SLR 4 – not Ventus SLR4.
